Childcare/Sunday School Classes are available for children birth - 5th grade during the 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. services. Children may stay for either one or both services.
CHECKING IN
Babies & Toddlers - Go to the Cornerstone Kids' lobby, down the hall to the Nursery counter to check in. Children will be checked in one at a time. Visitors will sign in and their children will be assigned a number which will be on their name tag and diaper bag. Parents are given a card with the same assigned number. If the Nursery Staff is in need of a parent during the service, their assigned number will appear on the screen in the Worship Center. If the parent is in an Adult Bible Class, a Staff member will contact them.
Preschoolers - 5th grade - Go to the Cornerstone Kids' lobby. Parents sign their child in at the appropriate grade level sheet. Continue down the hallway to your child's classroom. (exception, 4th 5th grade- Classroom 4 /top room in green on church campus map)
*If your child has a food allergy, please communicate with us on the sign in/out sheet
CHECKING OUT
Babies & Toddlers - Go to the Nursery counter where 1 child at a time will be checked out. Assigned # tags must be returned before a child is released.
Preschoolers - 5th grade- Return to the Cornerstone Kids' lobby. Parents sign their child out and receive a card which is given to the child's Sunday School Teacher. This lets the teacher know that the child has been signed out.
*4th/5th grade option: Parents have the option to sign a waiver stating that they give their permission for their child to sign himself/herself out. Ask the 4th/5th grade teachers or the SS Table for the form.

*PROMOTION SUNDAY is the 2nd Sunday in June for those entering Kindergarten through those entering 6th grade (who will go into Cornerstone's Middle School program)
*There is a Toddler Promotion on a quarterly basis (June, September, December & March) Criteria for Preschool: potty trained & 3 years of age
Nursery
Both services have the focus of passing on Jesus' love to each baby and toddler (see volunteer guidelines). There is a monthly Parent Take Home paper given out that follows a theme/lesson that is carried out as they are cared for.
Preschool-5th grade
1st service (9:00 a.m. - 10:10 a.m.) referred to as "ALPHA", has a traditional Sunday School format, emphasizing the use of God's Word and building relationships as they talk about their lesson for the day in fun and creative ways (see curriculum).
2nd service (10:30am-11:40a.m.) referred to as "OMEGA", has the same focus as "ALPHA". One thing different in "OMEGA" is that at 10:45 a.m., all of the kids K-5th grade, come together for praise & worship in the "King's Court" (taken from Psalm 100). King's Court lasts until 11:05 a.m. (unless there is a special speaker). Following King's Court, kids return back to their classes to talk about the lesson for the day.
