Welcome people at the main entrances with a warm hello.
Help keep everyone safe and healthy by being a part of the team that responds to any medical emergencies or potential safety issues.
Help direct traffic within our parking lot and keep people safe as they enter and exit.
Welcome people as they enter the worship center, hand out bulletins, and assist people in finding seats. Other duties also include collecting offering and handing out communion when appropriate.
Help people sign up for a name badge at the appropriate table.
Help serve our community over the weekends by greeting them with coffee and treats.
Welcome people in the front office during the week and answer phones. Training will be provided.
Assist the finance director in counting and organizing the offering from the weekend.
1 Lead and 2-3 volunteers needed. Responsibilities include food ordering and set-up/takedown. The luncheon takes place 3 times/year. You would work directly with the Kitchen Coordinator.
Minister to hurting families by helping setup and serve food for receptions after memorials at Cornerstone.
Help setup and serve food for events such as Christmas celebrations, end of year parties and program kick-offs. *Dates and times vary depending on the need (usually weekday nights or Saturday mornings)
Greet people as they arrive for the ceremony, help direct those getting baptized, and general assistance with the flow of the ceremony.
Work as a part of the broadcast team.
Work as a part of a team to help Widows and single mothers with tasks they are unable to do themselves.
Help teach God’s word to children. Training provided.
Our Visitation Ministry Team is available to minister to those inside and outside our church who are suffering or hurting, and in need of encouragement. Compassionate and caring team members will listen, provide solace, minister from God’s Word and pray with them. We will also share the gospel with those that are unsaved. We visit people in care facilities and their homes including those that are homebound.
Cornerstone’s Meal Ministry provides meals for a limited period of time to those in the church family who are unable to prepare meals. The ministry delivers meals to families that have recently had a baby, lost a loved one, or have had a hospitalization or another serious medical condition.
