YOUTH LEADERSHIP

Mission Statement:

Through partnership with families we exist to help equip students to L.E.A.D., and participate in the body of Christ.

MEETING TIMES

Sunday morning Service

Sunday mornings are a time for us to gather as brothers and sisters in Christ to learn from God’s Word. We believe this is the most important meeting of the week, because we are devoting ourselves to the teaching found in God’s Word, and worshipping Him in response for all that He has done.

Rooted Group 9:00am: In the Attic - Jr. High | MP 2/3 - High School

Rooted Group is a time for students to learn about topics that are relevant to them. Through teaching and discussion, we look through God’s Word and learn about our world the way it truly is.

Worship Service 11:00am in Worship Center

We join the main congregation in the worship center for service.

Wednesday Nights Small Groups

Service Time: 5:30 - 8:30pm

During the school year, we gather at Cornerstone on Wednesday nights to fellowship and dive deep into God’s Word. We play games for the first hour, and then head into the worship center for a time of worship and teaching. From there, students head into their small groups, which are separated by age and gender. In these small groups, students will open God’s Word, and develop important relationships with their leaders and peers.

For Cornerstone Youth, we believe that relationships are some of the most joyful and fruitful gifts that we can ever receive, and the most important relationship that we desire our students to have is one with God. For our Wednesday evenings, we are going through a series in our small groups called “Behold Your God: Magnify His Majesty”, where we will encourage our students to know God through His Word and in His works. To know God is to love Him and His creation, and this results in living a life of serving Him with a genuine heart attitude. Join us for this awesome study as learn, discuss, and pray with one another in our small groups!
"What does it mean to be a disciple? What does being a disciple mean to our walk with the Lord? How do we help other disciples grow? All these questions along with several others will be our focus as we study discipleship for the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year!"
